Ingredients: 2 cans of clams 2 cups of milk 1 cup of diced potatoes 1 tablespoon of butter 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon of dried parsley 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley (for garnish) Instructions: 1.
