Curry is a great choice because it’s packed with flavor, it’s easy to make, and it’s a great way to introduce your family to new flavors. This recipe for curry is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults alike! Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, chopped 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk 2 cups vegetable broth 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup cooked chickpeas Salt and pepper, to taste Cilantro, for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. 2.
