“Easy and Delicious Beef and Bok Choy Stir-Fry – A Must-Try Recipe for Stay-at-Home Parents!”

As a stay-at-home parent, I understand the importance of being able to make quick, easy and delicious meals for my family. One of my favorite recipes is a Beef and Bok Choy Stir-Fry. This is a classic Asian dish that is not only full of flavor, but it is also very healthy. Not only is this recipe perfect for busy weeknights, but it is also great for entertaining guests.
To make this dish, you will need the following ingredients: 1 pound of flank steak, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 bunches of bok choy (sliced in half), 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
To begin making the stir-fry, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook until fragrant – about 30 seconds. Next, add the flank steak and brown on both sides for about 3 minutes per side. Once the steak has been cooked through, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
Next add the bok choy to the skillet and cook until it starts to soften – about 5 minutes. Once softened, add the sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar to the pan and stir everything together. Then add back in the cooked beef and cook until everything is heated through – about 5 minutes more.
Once everything is cooked through, serve your Beef and Bok Choy Stir-Fry with brown rice or noodles. This dish is a great way to get your family to eat more vegetables since they are cooked in such a delicious way! Plus, since it’s so easy to make you can have dinner on the table in no time!
