Ingredients: - 2 pounds of ground beef - 2 cups of diced onion - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon of dried oregano - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste - 1 can (14.5 ounces) of diced tomatoes, undrained - 1 can (15 ounces) of black beans, drained and rinsed - 1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed - 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1.
