I remember when I first discovered Ramen as an adult living on my own in college. Back then it was mostly just a cheap way of getting something that resembled food on my tight budget. But now I look at it differently as a way to bring my family together over a comforting bowl of noodles that doesn’t require too much effort to make! It’s definitely been one of our go-to meals since we started staying home more due to COVID-19 restrictions since last year. We even enjoy making our own additions like adding fried tofu or shrimp, which makes it even more tasty!

At first glance, Ramen may seem like something that only college students eat when they’re trying to save money but with this recipe I hope I’ve shown how it can be an enjoyable dish for families too! It’s become part of our regular meal rotation now and I definitely recommend giving this recipe a try if you haven’t already!
