Growing up in an Asian household, Ramen with broth, noodles and toppings was a staple in our home. My mom would make it every week and it was always something that we all looked forward to. We would sit around the table together and talk about our day while we enjoyed a hot bowl of Ramen. I remember how special it felt to be able to share a meal like this with my family. Even now as an adult, I still love making Ramen for my family because it brings back so many memories from my childhood.
Instructions
1. Bring 8 cups of chicken or vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the noodles and set aside.
