Beef and Red Pepper Casserole: A Delicious and Hearty Meal for the Whole Family

To make this delicious dish at home, you will need:
•1 pound lean ground beef
•1 medium onion, diced
•3 cloves garlic, minced
•1 red bell pepper, diced
•1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
•2 tablespoons tomato paste
•1 teaspoon dried oregano
•Salt and pepper to taste
•2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
•1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned (about 7 minutes). Drain any excess fat and return skillet to heat.
3. Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook until onion is translucent (about 5 minutes). Add bell pepper; cook an additional 3 minutes.
4. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper; stir until combined. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
5. Place mixture in 9×13 inch baking dish; sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with foil; bake for 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top; bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot. Enjoy!
