To make this recipe you’ll need the following ingredients:
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 2 cans green chilies
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 12 – 14 corn tortillas
• Shredded cheese (optional)
• Sour cream (optional)Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat.

Heat 12-14 corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned (about 1 minute per side).
