“Grill Up Deliciousness: A Stay-At-Home Parent’s Guide to Grilled Pork Chops with Rosemary & Garlic!”
Grilled Pork Chops with Rosemary and Garlic
As a stay at home parent, I know how important it is to have easy and delicious recipes in my repertoire. Grilled pork chops with rosemary and garlic is one of my favorite recipes to whip up for the family. Not only is it incredibly easy to make, but the flavor combination of rosemary, garlic, and pork chops make for an unforgettable meal!
To prepare this dish, you will need:
– 4 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)Begin by preheating your grill to medium high heat. Take the pork chops and season them with salt and pepper on both sides. In a small bowl, combine the garlic and rosemary leaves together. Drizzle the pork chops with the olive oil and then rub the rosemary and garlic mixture onto both sides of each chop.
Once the grill is hot enough, place the pork chops on the grill grate. Grill each side for about 6 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Squeeze a wedge of lemon over each chop for a burst of flavor (optional).
This recipe is always a hit with my family! The savory combination of rosemary and garlic pairs perfectly with the juicy pork chop. The addition of lemon juice adds a nice zing that really takes this dish to the next level!
I’ll never forget when I first served this dish to my family. My husband took one bite and said it was “the best pork chop he’s ever had”! I’ve been making this recipe ever since – it’s always a crowd pleaser! With only 6 ingredients, minimal prep time, and easy instructions, I can whip up this delicious dish any night of the week!
