    – 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    – 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
    – Salt and pepper, to taste
    – 1/2 cup white wine
    – 2 cups heavy cream
    – 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    – 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
    – 12 ounces cooked fettuccine noodles

As a stay at home parent, I am constantly looking for new and delicious recipes to make for my family. One of our favorite dishes is Chicken Alfredo. This creamy, flavorful dish is always a hit with my family. Not only is it delicious, it also only takes about 30 minutes to make! It’s the perfect dinner for busy weeknights or special occasions.

To make the Chicken Alfredo, start by heating the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about one minute. Then add in the cubed chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Next, add in the white wine and cook until it has reduced by half. This will give the dish a nice layer of flavor. Reduce heat to low and add in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until completely combined then let cook for about 10 minutes until sauce has thickened. Lastly, stir in the parsley and cooked fettuccine noodles and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through.

The Chicken Alfredo is now ready to serve! We like to top it with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for added flavor. Not only does this dish taste great, but it also looks beautiful when served on a plate! We love this dish because it’s so easy to make but still feels like a special dinner that we all can enjoy together as a family. Plus, there are usually leftovers that can be saved for lunch or dinner the next day!

Chicken Alfredo is one of our go-to dinners here at home. Whether it’s a busy weeknight or a special occasion dinner, this dish always satisfies our cravings while still being quick and easy to make!
