-4 cups shredded lettuce or coleslaw mix
-1/2 cup diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
-1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chicken thighs onto the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Use your hands to rub it all together so that everything is well combined and evenly distributed. Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. 3. To assemble each shawarma wrap, place a warm or toasted pita on a plate and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on one half of the pita.
