    4 large potatoes,

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
    3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and rub them with butter and olive oil.

    5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing in half lengthwise.

    7. Divide the mixture among the potato halves and top each one with more sour cream and chives if desired.

    Ingredients:

    -4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    -1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
    -1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    -2 eggs
    -1 teaspoon garlic powder
    -1/2 teaspoon salt
    -1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    -1/4 cup olive oil
    -1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
    -3 cloves garlic, minced
    -2 teaspoons dried oregano
    -2 teaspoons dried basil
    -1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

    2. In a medium bowl mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, salt, sugar, five-spice powder, garlic and ginger until combined. Rub this mixture all over the ducks and let them marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
    3. The next day, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the ducks in a roasting pan breast side up and roast for 45 minutes or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
