Ingredients:
2 lbs pork belly
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
6 flour tortillas

3. To assemble tacos: Place 1-2 tablespoons of the pork belly mixture onto each tortilla. Top with additional desired toppings such as cilantro, diced tomatoes and onions or sour cream if desired.
