Not only was it tasty but it was also special because it reminded us all that we don’t have to be stuck in a rut with our meal choices as stay-at-home parents!

It’s made with saffron-infused rice, vegetables, shrimp, and chicken and cooked together in a flavorful broth. The combination of ingredients makes a delicious and filling meal that can easily feed an entire family. The great thing about paella is that you can easily switch up the ingredients to make it your own. For example, you could add chorizo and clams to give it a more traditional Spanish flavor.
