Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until it is browned. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, red bell pepper, peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
2. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil to the pan and stir everything together until everything is evenly coated in sauce. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until everything is cooked through. Serve with steamed rice or noodles if desired. Enjoy!
