Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place pork chops in prepared baking dish; set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour mixture over pork chops.
4. Top with cherry pie filling; spread evenly over top of pork chops.
5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (about 15 minutes per side). Serve warm with your favorite sides for a delicious meal!
