Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir until fragrant. Then add the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3 minutes per side. Once the fish is cooked through and lightly browned on both sides, remove from the heat and set aside. Next, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the lemon juice to the melted butter and stir until combined. Pour this sauce over the cooked fish fillets and garnish with chopped parsley.
