Grilled Chicken with Garlic and Herb Marinade: A Recipe for Stay-At-Home Parents

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme and oregano. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
2. Rub the marinade mixture over both sides of each chicken breast. Make sure to get as much of the marinade as possible onto each piece of chicken.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow pan or dish and cover with plastic wrap. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (the longer you let it marinate, the more flavorful it will be).
4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat until it’s hot. Once hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until it’s cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F).
5. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes!
