Introduction

-1 red bell pepper, diced
-1 cup of snow peas
-1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-2 tablespoons of honey
-½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-3 cups of cooked white or brown rice
Instructions
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about two minutes.
2. Add the bell pepper, snow peas, mushrooms and shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are softened and the shrimp is cooked through.
3. Add the soy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for another two minutes or until combined.
4. Serve over cooked white or brown rice. Enjoy!
