    Grilled Chicken with Honey and Mustard Marinade

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    Instructions:
    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
    2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn them to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours and up to overnight.
    3. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the hot grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature should read 165 degrees F on an instant read thermometer).
    4. Serve with your favorite sides for an easy weeknight meal. Enjoy!

    4) Cover the pot with a lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 1 ½ – 2 hours or until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through. Stir occasionally while cooking.
    5) Serve with crusty bread or dinner rolls for a delicious meal your whole family will love! Enjoy!
