    Shrimp and Squash Casserole

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, squash, soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder and pepper; mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, butter and Parmesan cheese; mix well and sprinkle over shrimp mixture in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
