Ingredients: 4 medium Russet potatoes 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of butter 2 teaspoons of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of sea salt 4 green onions, chopped Optional: Sour cream, salsa, bacon bits Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 2. Wash the potatoes and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
