The shrimp and crab cakes were light yet flavorful, with the perfect crunchy texture that only comes when you pan fry them. The combination of sweet shrimp and juicy crab was perfection! We knew right away that we wanted to recreate this dish at home so that we could enjoy it whenever we wanted. So, here’s how you can make your own shrimp and crab cakes at home. First, gather the following ingredients: one pound of cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp; one pound of lump crab meat; one cup of panko breadcrumbs; one egg; two tablespoons of mayonnaise; one tablespoon of Dijon mustard; two tablespoons of fresh parsley; one teaspoon of garlic powder; one teaspoon of paprika; one teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning; half a teaspoon of salt; and half a teaspoon of ground black pepper. Once you have all your ingredients ready, it's time to start cooking! Begin by chopping the cooked shrimp into small pieces and transferring them to a large bowl. Next, add the lump crab meat and mix everything together until combined.
