"Grilled Shrimp with Lemon Herb Sauce: A Delicious Recipe to Keep You Entertained as a Stay-at-Home Parent!"
Grilled Shrimp with Lemon Herb Sauce As a stay-at-home parent, coming up with new recipes to cook for my family can be a challenge. I’m constantly trying to think outside the box and come up with something that everyone will enjoy. Recently, I decided to try out a new recipe for grilled shrimp with lemon herb sauce. This dish was delicious and a huge hit in my family, plus it was really easy to make. The ingredients for the grilled shrimp with lemon herb sauce include: one pound of large shrimp, one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of minced garlic, one teaspoon of dill weed, one teaspoon of oregano, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, two tablespoons of butter, two tablespoons of lemon juice, and two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. I started this recipe by preheating my oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and preparing an ovenproof baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Then I placed the shrimp in the dish and drizzled them with the olive oil. Next I sprinkled the minced garlic, dill weed, oregano, salt and pepper over the shrimp. I then melted the butter in a skillet over medium heat before adding in the lemon juice and parsley. I stirred this mixture until it was combined well before pouring it over the shrimp in the baking dish. I then put the baking dish in the oven for about 15 minutes until the shrimp were cooked through and lightly browned. After taking it out from the oven I served it up warm with some fresh parsley sprinkled on top for garnish. This grilled shrimp with lemon herb sauce was a delicious dish that my family enjoyed immensely. The flavors were bold and flavorful without being overpowering and everyone had seconds! Plus it was relatively easy to make so I could easily add this to my list of go-to recipes that I can whip up in no time! My favorite part about this recipe is that it reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking. Growing up she would make dishes like this on special occasions or when we had guests over. She always made sure to add her own spin on it so that every time we ate it felt like a special treat. It’s nice to be able to recreate some of her recipes at home so that my family can share in her memory at mealtime!
