Not only is it incredibly tasty, but it’s also incredibly quick and easy to make. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a delicious, nutritious meal on the table in no time. To make this beef stir-fry with black pepper sauce, you’ll need: • 1 lb of lean ground beef • 1 onion, chopped • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 bell pepper, chopped • 1 carrot, chopped • 1 tablespoon of olive oil • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce • 2 tablespoons of black pepper sauce • Salt and pepper to taste • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro for garnish (optional) To begin, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
