BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe
• 5-6 lbs. boneless pork shoulder
• 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
• 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk until everything is combined and pour it over the pork shoulder. Cover the pan with foil and roast in the oven for 3-4 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart with two forks.
When the pork is done cooking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before shredding it with two forks. Once it’s shredded, return it to the cooking liquid in the roasting pan and stir everything together until the pork is evenly coated with all of those delicious flavors. Then all you have to do is serve!
