Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 onions, diced 5 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups beef broth 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with juice 1/2 cup red wine 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons cold water Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large oven-proof pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside. 2.
