The recipe has stood the test of time, delighting customers for over 80 years.
What Makes the DQ® Sandwich So Special:
One of the key factors that sets the Dairy Queen DQ® Sandwich apart is the quality of its ingredients. The vanilla ice cream is made from 100% real dairy, giving it a rich and creamy texture that simply melts in your mouth. The chocolate wafers are perfectly crisp, providing a satisfying contrast to the smooth ice cream.
Additionally, the size of the DQ® Sandwich is just right. With each sandwich measuring approximately 4 inches long, it's the ideal portion for a sweet treat. Plus, it comes in a convenient six-pack, perfect for sharing with friends and family or indulging in multiple sandwiches yourself!
How the DQ® Sandwich Is Made:
Crafting the perfect Dairy Queen DQ® Sandwich requires precision and care. The process begins with baking the chocolate wafers to achieve the perfect texture and flavor. Once cooled, a generous scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream is carefully placed between the wafers. The sandwich is then wrapped in a protective layer to ensure freshness.
To maintain its consistency and quality, the DQ® Sandwich is stored and transported at extremely low temperatures. This ensures that each bite delivers the same delicious experience customers have come to expect from Dairy Queen.

Good afternoon. I bought a pack of six at a Dairy Queen in Debary Florida on Aug 13, around 8:00 PM. When I got home I was very disappointed on the quality of the ice cream sandwiches. I bought 6 for about 10.00.
The amount of cream was very thin. I remember buying them before and they were a quality snack. At this point I feel they were not made correct. I measured them they are 1 1/2 inches deep.
I feel with the economy the way it is I felt I was not getting the product I remember.
Thank you,
